Where testing is conducted, we also collect information related to the testing process in accordance with chain-of-custody procedures.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and conduct testing, manage chain of custody, report results, and comply with our legal and professional obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Storage and security
Booking requests and enquiries are stored securely. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We follow chain-of-custody procedures for sample handling and documentation. Sensitive testing details are not included in the subject lines of emails.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to partner laboratories for the purpose of laboratory confirmation, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information. Private booking and enquiry records are not exposed publicly.
